My experience was the worst I ever had.. I've had metro pcs for years. I have to take business elsewhere
822 149th st in the Bronx The store manager is useless.. she or he is never there. The customer service sucks they need to be retained or replaced. All they care about is commission checks not customers. No I'm out $250.00 I'm unemployed single mom. I been with you guys for Now me and my family have to go elsewhere. I want a full refund the guy at the store took my original charger. Shame on you guys. Taking a vantage of your customers

Suspend him for a week let him know how it feels to loose money
Bought a screen protector from metro the associate put it on wrong. so I went back to have him correct it he literally embarrassed me along with one of his co workers as though I was a joke and nothing was resolved it was like he didn't even care
