Ordered from from Metro by T-Mobile website on 2/10/24 It did not come with the sim card. I have called there customer service phone number 12 times. Every time I was they would fix the problem and send me the sim card. Then I was told that I had to drive to the nearest store, which is about a 3 hour drive for me. A month later, I still have not been sent the sim card for the phone that I purchased. My husband's phone has been through Metro by T-Mobile. But since we can not get a sim card for the phone, we are no longer going to be using there service. We are very angry and disappointed. With Metro by T-Mobile. Resolution Sought I would like a refund on the phone. And, I just would like other people to be aware that there customer service is incompetent.

I had to purchase a new cell phone because my old one crashed. Upon arriving at Metro by T mobile I was informed that I could only purchase a phone that cost around 289.00 not the lower price phone. Also the company stated that the phone didn't cone with a charger. Also I provided the representative with my information to retrieve my numbers and photos. Upon returning home I didn't have any save numbers or pictures some which were one of a kind. On Thursday 15th I went to use my phone and received a message my bill of 83.70 has to be paid my service was temporarily suspended. After many years my amount due went from 52.00 to 70. My daughter purchased a tablet on my account and was told the monthly fee was 5.00 today Feb 20. After talking to a rep of the company my bill is now 70. I feel that the company lies and can do anything they can because as customer's we need them I use the phone for training to keep employed and for my business. Totally disappointed as a senior I have never been offer any type of discounts. Resolution Sought Refund some money because in order to keep my same phone number I was told I couldn't choose a phone of a lower price. Have what ever agency police these businesses do a better job.
