Metro by T-Mobile is refusing to refund me my money in the amount of $76.91 for a service that I couldn't use. I tried to return the SIM card that was purchased at the location that I bought it from but I was told that they couldn't take it back or issue me a refund for it on February 4th 2024 Resolution Sought I would like to have my money back for the service that I couldn't use

I purchased an upgrade phone 11/29 that I'm highly UNSATISFIED with, Metro is forcing me to keep the phone per the 'no returns or refunds on upgraded devices' clause in the return policy. In the same week the phone was purchased 12/3, I have spoken to numerous customer service agents and no one can solve my issue. I spoke to an agent who assured me that my return would be processed but the call redirected while I was on hold lost contact. Resolution Sought I want the return to be processed and a refund of the money I spent on this phone.
