I purchased a plan online and brought my own phone and it didn't connect to my plan with the new number they gave me. So I have been trying to get them to refund my money cancel the plan I ask them to put the money back on my card since January 29 2024 they have been telling one lie after another giving me the run around! Resolution Sought I would just like my refund and cancel the plan instead of charging I have no need for this plan

I have cellphone service with Metro PCS that concluded with insurance in case any thing happens with my phone. I lost my phone in june and called them to replace the phone. They told me that they will check and see if I qualify and will contact me back, after couple days i called and asked same thing they said send us both sides copy of my driver's license i went to Metro PCS agency and just did that and called them they said. Make a $60.00 co-pay and we will send you in 48hrs exact phone and color and i made the payment in thier Agency . After 3 business days i called and they said 4th July weekend happened we already sent you will receive after 4 business days i called and told them that i have not recieved any, they said they checked with UPS and they delivered. I told them that i did not get any phone. They told me that they need to deal with 3rd party insurance CO. And UPS and will take 3 weeks. I have called several times since then. In short i did not recieved the phone to this day 07/31/2021. Resolution Sought In short I didn't receive the phone. Not having any communication over a month while i paid the co-pay and thier costumer service department that several times i mean more than 4 times hung up the phone while i tried how serious the situation is, get me mentally and suffer severe stress. I also lost some important calls and appointments. I want them to compensate my unnecessary suffering and losses and to get the phone i paid and insured. Remember i have done nothing wrong .
