When historical power claim, they allowed us to use the store phone to call the insurance company to make the claim and told us to give their address for the phone to be delivered there. The phone was supposed to be delivered within 24 to 48 hours 72 hours later. We have no phone and we're getting the runner round and they won't give us our money back, My husband Persistently reminded them that he has social security appointments that he cannot miss. He has to have his phone, He asked her somebody can Compensate him with another phone. And they're not allowing that and they're giving him to run around. Resolution Sought I would like for metro pcs and They're insurance company. To be punished for their bad business. And not holding up to the contract.
