I went to get service in 2013 no contract with metro PCS having 5 lines and paid faithfully for over 10 years. Changed to T mobile and they held my phone hostage that I couldn't use my phone and they put on my phone that I purchased with my hard earn money. I want to be compensate all my money back throughout the years of using their service and buying phones to treat me unfair forcing me to spend money I don't have just to purchase a phone because they were angry because I went to another company that they share server with and that is so unfair and they were rude to me. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for the 10 years I've been a dedicated customer and purchasing phones that they never honor with or without insurance and for the rudeness and unfairness for a phone I paid for with my hard earn money that they are being very vertical unprofessional about how they treated me.

My wife and I went there got 2 phones and accessories and they would not work at home in town or just about anywhere so we called they tried to fix them wouldn't work so we returned all the items on March 4th we purchased them on February 25th 2022 they have a 14day policy we gave them a 198.00 . 98 was on our debit card 100.00 was cash he would only give us 36.00 back said the cases was not refundable Resolution Sought Pay us our 64.00 remaining back we have documentation where it's says 14 days guarantee
