I entered into a contract with Metro PCS for a Samsung Galaxy tablet for the promotion after 3 months of making payments I would receive a rebate. So I entered into this contract December 2nd meet payment December 2nd January 2nd in February 2nd and they still don't want to furnish me my rebate. Resolution Sought They need to honor the claim they entered into with me.

Metro pcs overcharged my account and then refused to credit my account back. I've had numerous discussions with them and their employees and nothing has been resolved. They also double charged me for 2 lines on one phone number. Which basically states im paying 3 lines and i only have 2 phones Resolution Sought I would like my account credited or my money back on my card
