I'm complaining about Service

I'm complaining about Service. There Corporate office sends you to Customer service, and Customer service send you to the corporate office , You can't get any service, when they don't have the answers they hang up on you. They don't let you speak to a Supervisor or they lie and put people on and say their the Supervisor. They take money out of your account When you didn't authorize it. They also put you on hold way to long that's if they come back to the call at all , or they just hang up.
