I went out to purchase an iPhone 11+ which I was told that was what it was. I believe it was on the 27th or 26 October 2022. I went to the store at 202848 mile Southfield Michigan and I spoke with a sales person. JJ informed me several times in the store that that was an iPhone 11+ well when I got home I started doing some investigation. I looked up the phone first of all and I cannot find iPhone 11 anywhere on that phone so then I looked at the box and I pulled it up and it said an SE 2020 so I did he told me once again when I called him to investigate that the phone was an 11 went to the store the next day I believe it was to return the phone and he told me there was no return on a purchase, but I spoke with Metro Pcs at a different location and they told me that as long as you bring it back within 14 to 30 days then you have the right to return the phone . Well I don't know what games Jay is playing but I am strongly advising people not to purchase anything from Jay and Metro Pcs at 20284 W. 8 mile he lies and he sells you products that you did not ask for I pacifically ask for a 11 and that is not what I got . I got an SE older generation, and then he lied and told me it was an SE stir generation and then he tells me it doesn't matter because they are the same. They are not. I want my money that I requested that and he told me there's no way I was getting my $300 back. Resolution Sought I want him to sell me an iPhone 11+ for the $300 that he told me that's what I had or either give me back my money he pacifically told me with an iPhone plus and he keeps lying
