Number was ported without my knowledge

Metro took care of it, thought it took all day, they've checked up and finally figured it out.

I want something done about this man hacking my phone and I'm sure he is doing it to other females.

I purchased two phones at Metro PCS, College Hill. The phones were set up by the rep SAM at the metro pcs store located at Hamilton and north bend. I just found out that this rep has put a high security code password on my phone and the customer service at metro pcs cant take the password off my phone so this same rep set up a phone when he worked for boost mobile that I thought was a friend. but I found an email that wasn't mine in my phone a month after he set that one up. Sam is hacking pretty girls phones and stealing pictures out of the phone and he also put apps on my phone I didn't want on my phone. Something needs done about this man he is hacking phones through his job and he is AR rep at Hamilton and north bend metro pcs store. I would like to put a law suite against him for this also because I made a complaint to metro pcs also already..so not sure if I should have the security password fix by another rep or leave it for the police or someone to see it? I want something done about this man hacking my phone and I'm sure he is doing it to other females. I want him to answer for what he is doing to people illegally. They should fire him, he needs to put in jail really.
