I am disputing notice # 1202027053181. They say I had a lane violation (driving in their lane without a transponder) on July 12, 2023. I have told them the Tesla was a leased car. I returned the car to Tesla on June 28, 2023 so I was not the guilty party. I have sent them a screenshot of my Tesla account showing the car returned on June 28, 2023. I also showed them my DMV record which shows I am not responsible for this car as of June 28, 2023. I have written to Metro Express Lanes twice on this matter. They keep sending me the annoying violation notices. I have copies of the two letters and the backup I sent them. Resolution Sought I want them to stop sending me the notices and go after the guilty party for their $27. It is their responsibility to track down the violator rather than harrass me. They also need to hire some people with common sense.
