VISION CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPERS TA, AKA METRO FLOORING CONTRACTOR, License# 104732 in Maryland, did a poor install of LVP flooring in my home resulting in damage to my home. Incorrect materials were used (quarter round, not the matching shoe molding, not affixing it to the wall, staples through the LVP, etc.), the material was damaged and not installed according to the manufacturer guidelines, and they did not honor my requests for how I wanted the design done (use of transitions, matching the style in the rooms already containing LVP, etc.). There are scratches on the floor, materials are coming undone, and the staircases are coming apart, creaking, and feel unsafe to walk on. Additionally, the stairs were not properly caulked and the whole thing looks horrible, with patches of the old carpet glued to the walls. Finally, the job was supposed to be done in one day, I had to argue with them to get them to come back on the second day to try and get it finished and it still was a horrible job and they refused to address the deficiencies I listed. The installers on both days kept trying to sneak out of the house and rush through. At one point the installers even started yelling when I tried to get the issues with the transitions fixed.
