I bought a car a month ago and it's a lemon. Couple of days after purchase, I tried using the heater in the vehicle and noticed a very strong smell of gas. I'm an Uber driver and my clients have also complained about this. I've taken the car back at least 4 different times for the same problem and they simply look at the car and tell me nothing is wrong, however, the smell is still there. Also, at the time of the sale I was told this vehicle was certified, which I also paid for the certification, however, I come to find out by their own mechanic that this vehicle is not certified. I was mislead and lied to regarding the condition of the vehicle. This is not normal nor is this safe for me to use because this is inhalation of chemicals every time I use the heating system in the car. I spoke with the manager and sales person, told them I simply want them to put me in another vehicle but they want to put me in a more expensive car that is not affordable to me. I gave them a $10,000 cash down payment, plus my trade-in which was in great condition. Total amount of contract, $39,050.48. Resolution Sought All I want is for them to take this car back and give me another one of equal price. Also, I need this to be resolved as soon as possible because this is my only way of income, so I need a working vehicle.
