I entered Metro Mattress and was greeted by a salesperson (zoey) she was very informative. Her partner in the building was also trying to sell to my husband almost tag team style. When I was almost at my decision for a mattress only the salesperson talking to my husband says you know we are running a special on the base. I wasn't there for that Soni was hesitant as it was still a penny from 1200. The salesperson then says to me "you can get one and then if you're not happy with it you can return it within 30 days. I chose that option but was out of town when my set was delivered. When I returned back home this setup looked ridiculous! I got inbthe phone to call Zoey for a return. I was told under no circumstances do we offer a return of the base. They told us a bold faced lie to make a sale. Disgusted! Resolution Sought Return the base as they said they would and take that amount off of our payment plan.
