Metro Nissan sold me a faulty/mickey mouse transmission. The mechanic at Metro Nissan left a funnel in the transmission, 2 months after installation I noticed the funnel and contacted Metro Nissan of the mechanics error. The dealership refused to contact me regarding the damages caused to the internal functions of the transmission. Email was sent to the service director and consumer affairs have been contacted. Employees from Metro Nissan have avoided me at all cause. They have provided no notes to confirm the new transmission was indeed replaced. The transmission was recalibrate and oils were added as "a solution." The car has remained with the same issues. Planet Nissan in Las Vegas has now advised me the transmission has internally failed due to the funnel being left in the transmission. There are metal particles and the oils do not match the condition of what would be a new transmission. Metro Nissan refuses to cooperate with any information to support the transmission was indeed replaced with a new one. Metro Nissan is is violation of the California Law, The Song Beverly Act, advising that the dealership must fix the issue. The car is now in need of a new transmission, Metro Nissan is refusing to be understanding of the issue caused by the dealership lack of removing the funnel in the initial inspection of returning the car to me. The transmission has not met even met 15,000 miles of usage and is no longer working. Resolution Sought A refund of the cost of the transmission and the diagnostic that needed to be done 2 times in order for my car to be reviewed for the same problem without being repaired. I have had the car serviced 2 times now without any solution due to Metro Nissan not taking accountability for causing the transmission to fail.

I went in to Metro Nissan for an oil change and a transmission maintenance service. I was quoted about $800 by Giovanni Valerio. He then tells me that he has a special for the services that I want. He tells me that the special will also change the filter in the transmission because it's sealed from the factory and he needs to connect it to the computer after the filter is changed. When i go pick up my car, I am told that over services were performed and that if I don't pay I will not get my car back. I was forced to pay for services that I did not ask for. Resolution Sought I want my money to be refunded for the services that I did not requested.
