Terminate the gentleman's position.

I visited the store located at 1618 S. Christopher Columbus Blvd Philadelphia today July 10 2023 at 11:30 am. The individual that work there was ignorant with little to no interest in helping me with a phone issue. This was the second visit within a two-day period and the same individual was absolutely unresponsive and literally worked hard not to do his job. He said my ID was outdated which it wasn't it expires in 2024. I would never complain like this to you guys I am a poor guy and a tough situation and I just do not want anyone else to be in the same situation I am in. I made a comment calmly that I should possibly go to another carrier at this point and they literally laughed me out of the store. I didn't feel offended over that but I did feel offended that I'm paying for a service that treats me like a piece of trash.
