I canceled my service on Nov. 14, 20/21, in Dec. I was charged for another billing cycle, despite calling and informing them that my service had been canceled and all equipment had been returned. When I called again they apologized and said they would start the refund process but it would have to be sent by mail. After a month I called and was told that the check is in the mail and I should have it in a couple of weeks. After I waited another month I called again and was told that the check had been sent and they couldn't control the postal service, so I waited again and was given the same story that the refund had been sent and there was nothing they could do about the postal service. Now it is March and I still haven't seen a check, they didn't have a problem with taking my money out of my account in an autopay account but I think that they are just putting off paying me to use my money for their lousy customer service. Resolution Sought All I am looking for is the refund that is due me but I'm not willing to wait much longer.
