Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I used the valet parking at Parkwest hospital and they lost my key fob to my car. The locksmith made a temporary fob which doesn't properly work like the manufactured one they lost. I was told they would purchase me a new key fob. I got the quote and had the car company cc them in an email. I was emailed and was told the were processing the payment. I have emailed and called left voicemails and not reply back from anyone. Not to mention they had to restart my battery at now my battery is damaged because of that but I'm just needing my key fob replaced. No one is responding back nor communicating back to me on this matter. I've reached out to customer care and they have no idea of what's going on and I can't seem to reach corporate all. I have his emails as a paper trail. I'm highly frustrated and upset. Resolution Sought To keep their word and replace my manufactured key fob that was lost. I left my property in their possession and it was lost and the one that was temporarily replaced is programmed to my car and my car isn't functioning properly. This isn't how I left my car in their possession.
