I went to Metter Ford to have some work done on my vehicle. I needed a pcm put in. I brought a already programmed pcm in for them to replace the old one I had. I told them all they had to do was switch out the old pcm with the new one and reprogram the key to my vehicle. They put the new pcm in and basically un-programed it after I told them it was already programmed. They also charged me for repairs that I didn't want to have fixed at the moment. Resolution Sought To fix my vehicle or give me a new one because they messed up mine.
