The last 3 years has been nothing but hell with this company I've never had all these problems with my septic system until new people took over they don't know what they're doing they came to my house several times for the same problem and keep charging me for the same problem when they put a pump in a couple years ago the bearings were already going right when they put it in I called them the next day the owner said wait till it finally goes then they'll replace it for free well they're trying to tell me they told me and I got it all marked down they told me different excuses when the new person called me back first he said it was because the leach field wasn't working then he said it was because of the distribution box Danny said it was replaced and that they have proof it was replaced yeah they must have made paperwork afterwards because I don't have no paperwork that it was replaced so they're lying about that I have witnesses that were here my brother lives here and he heard them say in front of him and me that they will replace it for free when it goes and now they want me to pay $850 I'm on Social Security Disability they're not going to get it because I was promised that pump and now they're saying oh we changed it last year no it never was changed so I feel like they should not be making me pay $850 when I was promised this and I will not keep them for my people to come and take care of my system because every time they come they tell me something different's wrong Resolution Sought I want them to dismiss this bill it's been nothing but problems with this company the last 3 years they keep billing me for stuff that when they come they tell me they're not going to Bill me and then I get a bill I was promised this pump now they all of a sudden they came up with excuses that they said they put a pump in last year a pump was never put in last year I want this bill to disappear I will not pay this bill this company needs to stop taking advantage of people

As office manager, I will extend the offer that the customer does not have to repay the rest of the $850, remaining balance is $600. If the customer agrees, moving forward our contract with the customer is null and void. Moving forward we will also be in agreeance to no longer provide service with the customer. We have documentation sent to BCA in regards to the claims made.
