In November 2021, I order colorful fury boots from this business online. The boots run small and did nit fit my daughter and I requested to return them for a larger size. On Dec 6th, 2021. I emailed the business regarding my return as they had received the product already and I got a generic response. After I have been emailing the business numerous times about my return and then requested a full refund for the boots instead. It's now a new year and couple of months past and still hadn't received my money or product. The business keeps sending me the same generic emails in response but no outcome or updates on my return . Resolution Sought I wish not to ever buy anything from this business again and to get my full amount of money back for the boots.
