Car # 3411. ID # 15899. Driver name Jocelyn Hilaire Merchant ID. 844167305888 Terminal ID T288309442 Our flight was delayed so our connection was canceled. We were told to get a taxi. We went down and got one. He did not help with bags but that's the least of the issues at hand. When we got in the car and started driving he handed me the phone asking for the address. I then put it in and thought we were ok. This man drove like he was drunk the entire time scaring not only my daughter but my husband and I as well. He was asked multiple times to slow down which he only did by 5 mph each time for a short period of time then speed back up. He almost hit a car, a truck and then almost flipped the car avoiding the truck at the same time. He was swerving back and fourth and speeding 85mph the entire ride. We all felt our lives were in complete danger! He kept pressing on the breaks very hard at times when picking up the phone to look at where he was going. He stopped almost completely in the middle of an ext looked at his phone then swerved over again to continue on straight. After we finally got to our destination I had to demand a receipt after he tried saying he couldn't give me one only to realize after he left that he added his own tip of 19.12 which I definitely would have never given him. I will never take this taxi cab option again and I hope he doesn't kill anyone who gets into his ride not knowing Resolution Sought Full refund, take him off the road before he kills someone!!!
