I recently vacated property @8140 Towson blvd. I provided them with a written notice stating I would not be renewing my lease which ended July 5th 22 .My issue is they're trying to charge me an additional 478.00 for the first week of July. that's like a half of month's rent for the first week of july. I don't understand how my balance can be 1012. I paid a 500.00 dollar deposit which was not refunded to me. I do agree with I owe for the month of June rent not the 478.00 as well as the patio clean up .I was not able to use my patio because the patio door never open. Resolution Sought I want the charges removed from my account
