Company Response

Company states: The tank the customer is referring to does nto even have a pump in it. We did replace her pump on Aug. 25th. We have made several trips over to check different things, once was the pump was not plugged in al lthe way. the time she is referring to is Aug. 27th after the pump was changed out at no cost. She texted sayng it was backing up. We did check the new pump to make sure it was working. The pump was working fine. Then they was told we can check to see if the filter is clogged. I twas explained to them tthat cleaning the filter is not covered under warranty, due to it being part of maintenance. We dug up the lid checked and cleaned the filter at no cost. Turns out it wasn't a septic issue at all. The pipe from the house to the septice was severly closgged of toilet paper. Which a clogged pipe is not covered under warranty. It is also something we do not do. We had to dig up the other tank lid to even be able to get the clog out. Also did at no charge when we should of charged for both cleaning the filter and unclogging the drain. We got done around 7:30-8pm and started to clean up and start to cover the lids. Her husband said not to cover them he would take care of it. We did ask many times if he was sure. He said he would cover them. Then waited till Sep. 15th to text saying she wanted us to then come back cover it up. So we and the builder both told her her husband agreed to cover it up that we did al lot of work that wasn't covered for free, so if we have to go back, yes, there will be a service fee. And, its two lids 2 ft round about 8-12 inches deep, so not talking about big holes that cant be covered with a shovel in a few minutes. Maybe 10 minutes to cover with a shovel.
