Improve!!

I've called on several occasions to see if this store had shirt sizes I needed. always placed on forever hold have to hang up after about 8minutes holding call back to be told. oh no one picked up I can't leave the desk. I'm a regular customer and this is ridiculous. This store also needs more cashiers working the lines are ridiculous as well. I love Michaels but this store needs some improvements.
