I resent being accused of causing the damage
I recently purchased an HP laptop from Microcenter. In about a month there were dead pixels, and I had to take it to the store for repair. Shortly after, a key began to stick and eventually came off. I drove all the way down and was told it was my fault and they would not repair it, even though it was under warranty. Rude and unreasonable. I called hp headquarters and they sent me packing materials and told me to never take it to Microcenter, and call them directly. HP said they would repair the computer for no charge. I resent being accused of causing the damage. I'll NEVER do business there again. Ever. I WAS a repeat customer. Apologize. Reimburse me for my trip and and time as determined . An hour trip each way.
