The blocked my account said I need to verify I'm me. I fill out the recovery form and give my info and it still acts like I'm not me and I can't get ahold of a real person to talk to so I can give them my credit card numbers and my ID to prove I'm me. So at the point their stealing from me I've spent a lot of money for what I've got and can't use it Resolution Sought I just want to speak with a real person so I can get into my account. Please help me

My Microsoft account was compromised through a fake verification scam. I have had this account for a very long time, it is linked to my Minecraft account (which I spent ~$30 for, and is almost 9 years old) and my Xbox account (which I spent £216 on). The hackers have removed my primary email from the account, added their own email and their own security information. This means there is no way for me to access my account, even with account recovery forms I haven't been able to make any changes because the security information belongs to the hackers. I have provided overwhelming evidence that the account belongs to me (including IDs of transaction, card details that purchases on the account was made on, my unique Xbox Console ID that my account was logged onto- practically anything they could ask for) and Microsoft Support have been no help. In fact, after my support ticket being escalated twice, on both occasions they have acknowledged explicitly that unauthorized access and changing of security information has occurred, however, the only thing they've done was suspend (lock) my account and they refused to help me get it back, which they "justified" by quoting their "security protocols". They were fully aware that fraud had occurred but told me that all I could do was just "buy a new account". The original email of the account was [email protected]. (My email) .The hacker changed the primary alias of the account to [email protected]. Resolution Sought Account reinstatement and return. If not, a refund for all paid-for digital property on the account lost in the fraud which Microsoft acknowledge but refuse to action.
