I signed up for a five day free trial of Microsoft teams and within an hour, without ever using it, tried to cancel it. I called a number and was told that I had to cancel online only. The three attempts to cancel resulted in me being directed to a site that asked for credit card information and wanted to withdraw $46.00. I am on disability and cannot afford to pay $46.00 a month for something I never used. I will now have to cancel my card and have to go through the nightmare of changing all of my auto pay accounts and will not have a debit card for paying my bills as it takes two weeks to get a new card. There are hundreds of similar complaints about the same thing online Resolution Sought I want my "free" account canceled and my money returned

Within the past 12 months I have paid $180 to microsoft/xbox for their monthly game pass. However the card tells you your purchasing one month you only get 20 days of service. If you purchase a 3-month you only get 51 days of service. You never get the full amount of service that the card States you will. The economy is horrible and I believe if you are selling a card that states you're getting a month then you should get a full month I understand that some months are 30 days summer 31 and this year instead of February being 28 days it's 29. In my opinion to solve that the reasonable thing to do would be one month of service would be 30 days 3 months of service should be 90 days. It's false advertisement. Resolution Sought I would like to see microsoft/xbox have to fix this issue and customers should get a full month and if you're not going to give them a full month it should state that you're only being given 20 days. For the longest time I could not figure out why I was buying games pass so quickly. Then my son explained it to me and showed me on the internet. And I really feel that all of us people that have been ripped off by this company should be compensated in some way.
