Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company us harassing me saying I owe debt I don't. Integris is for craig A Cummings in the divorce it says he responsible for his debt past present and future. I've spoken to my attorney office at time of divorce. Jason Smith out of Jay Oklahoma. Marlene reineke and iggh erps service has to due to craig A Cummings debt he obtained to. Manager family medical clinic was a clinic I received doctors visit from but they haven't found any outstanding debt as of 6 months ago on me. Dr deffenbaugh I seen for stomach issues an that doctors office finds no debt either as of 6 months ago. Empire district electric, now liberty electric was contacted a they searched an have no debt collection of any type from the past either. I've sent emails to this company stating this an they continue harassing me. Craig A Cummings was responsible for his debt just as i was responsible for all my debt. I'd like this company to stop harassing me. An Empire has contacted them also telling them there's no past debt from me. This delinquent report on my credit report is hurting my credit an I want it stopped. Craig lives in Wyandotte Oklahoma they have his mailing address. This company has copy of my divorce papers. An the court Clerk has verified that nr. Cummings is responsible for all his past present and future bills. Resolution Sought Remove this from credit report and stop calling or bothering me with debt that's not owed by me period.
