I have had several problems with this company as well as a few others that I know. I have been dealing with Mid Atlantic for 2 years now and financed a vehicle with them through a company named Willis Brothers Motors of Tupelo Mississippi. the truck I am purchasing is a 2011 Dodge Durango and the sales price before financing was 7000 and after a total of 8995. I have been financing this vehicle since mid 2021. In the beginning there was problems that I reach out to the company about regarding the vehicle and letting them know that I needed help because I was informed that I had only a 30 day warranty. I paid 4000 down for this vehicle and after the 4000 I was still left with 8995 to pay.... After reaching out for help regarding issues that the shop told me I was having with the vehicle I received no help at all and was left repairing the vehicle on my own with my own expenses. As time passed I paid payments on this vehicle and often I would fall behind due to a repair or job loss because of transportation issues. Until one day a big issue came about and I have been dealing with it since May 2023 I communicated with Mid Atlantic letting them know that I have a very serious problem and I didn't have a job because vehicle was out fix so I fell two months behind and they towed my vehicle causing me to pay 1480 and was very unprofessional and rude with me during the process of trying to redeem my vehicle. There is so much more to this story. Resolution Sought Whatever you can do to correct this unprofessional way of getting over and stealing from people who already has hard lives. Please help prevent what they are doing and the pain and suffering that they are causing to me and many other. They have two other companies that need to be looked into that they are working with as 3rd parties called South Central towing and Resolution Management Group. Please help me make what they are doing to people seen heard and made right.

My information was sold to this company fraudulently and they was aware of it and I contacted them with proof and I was belittled and lied to. Resolution Sought Remove from my credit report immediately.

Company states: I am unable to locate an account with her name. Can I please have additional identifying information such as the last six of the VIN, full mailing address, or the account number. Please do not put a social security number in an email.
