Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I'm bringing my car in for a minor tune-up they put it on the diagnostic machine and they came up with $3,000 worth of stuff that's wrong with the car they fixed it and it is running even worse now is not starting a moving frontwards or backwards and I financed everything they were taking money out of my checking account and they are not working on my car they did not put any new parts on my car they didn't really do what they said they were going to do I'm about to lose everything because my car is now going to get repo and I still have to pay Midas that would not be no problem if I can make it back and forth to work my kids missing school I'm about to get fired and we are about to get kicked out of our home. Resolution Sought I just would like my refund whatever they took for me out of my bank account and I need my car back running so I can get back and forth to work my next step is getting a lawyer and calling the attorney general
