I called the middle Georgia locksmith Friday day 3/11/2022 and I told them that I had lost my car key at the heart center o Macon Georgia,when I took my patience to the doctor, as I was pushing him in his wheelchair my key had gotten snadded on his wheelchair so that made my key an my fingernail clippers come off of my keys rings. So when I returned back to work with my patient and I told him that I have lost my car key and my patience umberlla. So we me and my patience came to his apartment,so I called the heart doctor the lady told me that she didn't see my car key an no one came to them saying they find a car key. So I called the middle Georgia locksmith and the guy Brandon came by and when he came he was picking my car lock and I'm walked to him and told him hey how are you. Sir you didn't have to pick my lock that's when I scared him. So he told my that he would have to change out my ignition switch and I told the people at the middle Georgia locksmith place that I have lost my car key and I wanted a locksmith to ocme out to make me a key for my car instead he charged me 25.00 dollars at time but he told me that it would 350.00 so he change out my ignition switch out to put a new one in an I told him sir when I priced this car I had already had gotten the ignition switch done the only thing that I need sir is just making me a key to fit my car so he came back because I called him back and did I now my car is in safety mode. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to put my ignition switch back in and give make me a key instead of a whole another ignition switch so I can get back and forth to work and get around with my kids. And hopefully I wanted have to go through the wrong idea again.

Company states: The ignition switch that was in her vehicle was not the original. Therefore, the technician needed to change out the ignition switch in order to provide a key for her. Our findings state that there was no power to her OBD Port which is required in order for us to program the key and start her vehicle. We also stated that once she gets that fixed we would come back out to program the keys for her so everything would work. We have not heard from this customer in 5 months.
