They told me that they take my insurance come to find out they are out of my network so only covered 10 instead of 80/90 when I called my insurance company (mason union) they said that middlesex dental knew what I was cover by ( if not they did not do there job ) and chose to screw me instead of losing the business. They never went over any type of insurance just that I was covered because I was sent there by my regular dentist who is in network. Also, called them 2 weeks ago to go over this they never called me back I had to call again so it did not go to collections they are like a used car sales man only care about the sale. Resolution Sought I already paid because they where sending it to collections would like them held accountable for their actions. I would like them written up as a violation Would like them to be forced to go over all insurance and pay and asked / explain what out of network means (out of network to me is the equivalent of no insurance) I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
