Failure to establish communication and follow through with payment arrangements.

Failure to establish communication and follow through with payment arrangements. I called twice to set up payment arrangements and they messed them up both time and I was told it was my fault. Call again today and just paid it off because they were threatening garnishment even though I was making payments online. I asked why and rep told me that's not how they want me to do it.
I feel they should apologize to me and I want others to know what a terrible, unorganized business this is.
