For months now disputed last years taxes when i paid off my home which Midland system showed taxes owed in amount of $4,227.70 along with other fees which they stated miscellaneous. In one of their mailed letters it stated, I owed $8,381.53, which included late payments from 6/1-11/22 (I was on a payment protection program, Covid etc,) late fees; and any processing fees due by 12/6/22. Previous to all this, submitted a HUD request and plan was $50 a month to pay off mortgage which Midland said was incorrect and would send me corrected copy not to sign & never did. My taxes were not paid by Midland indicating they were not entitled to have to pay, BUT yet never returned the $4,227.70 back so that I could pay. Prior to wire payhad been paying before hand any amount even though I was required to due to plan, in order to help me as a single mother, since 2002 paying on my own, now 61. I sent them $7,000 in Oct and when I requested payoff (which Midland system entry indicated taxes in amount of $4,237.70 for a remainder balance STILL due (even though their letter which all documents have been sent to them repeatedly and TX Atty Gen and to a Hud complaint email) payoff showing still owing: $7,161.20 , plus $20 wire fees Midland charges customer to post-total wired $7,184.20, 12/6. In earlier years, I wired but stopped due to this fee. Online payoff unable to pay by cell. Almost a year nearly $15,000 wired; neither tax money returned nor paid Bexar County and due immediately. Resolution Sought Return tax amount (already created interest) or pay Bexar County since they have MY tax money included Midland in payoff system yet claim for so many other reasons. I have all letters copies and payments of nearly almost $15,000 paid yet Midland letter said to bring current up till such date Nov/22 to a lid foreclosure and then house payment, fees for remainder of mortgage note in Jan would be due.

I called to qualify for a new fresh start hardship program for a 3 interest. As a severely disabled senior and subjected to many house payment fraud deals. Starting from the beginning of my catastrophic financial disaster. two years ago, my score was 781, after my son's benefits were turned off when I was in the middle of moving just because I was not at the rental house. And because I purchased a house my son's benefits were not paid for two months. my good credit collapsed and have been turned down dozens of times for opportunities. Just today I was try qualify for a hardship program but they didn't accept me when they asked me who my servicer was. They said, we can't help you because Midland Mortgage is horrible and uncooperative! Midland had told me they would accept me. I even notarized the contract. But then suddenly this past week Midland sends me a letter telling the modification is no longer open! But they want 12,000 for me to catch up. They keep contradicting themselves and threatening of foreclosure. But I can't leave them because no one wants to deal with them! They are so horrible and are not harassing me! I had sent them a payment but now they said I didn't or that it was late when I sent it early. The keep going back and forth. Sharon N. just spoke with me today with a bunch of lies and misinformation. And because my credit score is bad, and no one wants to help me because of Midland. I'm stuck and facing a threat of foreclosure! Resolution Sought To release me from their claws so I can get help with someone else. Or to stop sending me threatening letters and to stop lying because I have proof of a modification contract that they accepted me in. To honor their contract. And to stop saying that the last payment is short when I paid what they asked for!

Big Time Fraudster Midland only gives their victims the runaround, lies & even robs them. The so-called manager just called me and left me a voice mail. they're pretty scary and victimized disabled seniors like me. There are dozens of derogatory reports online, I have received current responses of those I contacted them investigating them or wanting to help me sue them, indeed. I'm not just making anything up. On the contrary, I'm describing lightly their status of victimizations, criminalities and complaints, taking advantage and victimizing oh so, so many victims. That is what fraudsters do! But then they lie and deny it and then falsely brag: Corporate Governance: We are proud to be the mortgage servicing specialists for several hundred thousand homeowners across the United States, with all types of loans, including FHA, VA and conventional. Frequently, we help our customers who are facing financial challenges because of unemployment, divorce, medical issues, or any other unexpected decrease in income or increase in expenses. We know there are plenty of reasons people fall behind on their mortgage, and our goal is to partner with our customers who are struggling.
