I purchased a battery from them and the next day the vehicle wouldn't start I brought it back to them the next day and they tested it saying something in the car was draining the battery, Steve the owner offered a new battery but insisted the battery would drain as well until I find what was causing the draw he even offered me a charger extender to use to keep battery charge overnight that didn't work. Brought the car to my mechanic he tried to charge it with no luck battery wouldn't stay charged enough to test properly. I had to purchase a new battery he ran all the test found no draw I called midstate to let them know and was told to bring battery crack got my money back when I gave the battery to the worker he looks and says a bad battery I said yes I feel they should of refunded me what I spent to test for something that wasn't present there the ones who said was a draw. Resolution Sought Refund me the balance of 389-148 = 241 there price for there battery
