Only wanted a refund due to not occuping room because of discust.

Apple customer service off of appearance not what it shows to be online completely different story when you arrive. Drug use, prostitution. The rooms are not clean. There was nothing in the room that worked.Tthere were bugs everywhere. There was blood on the walls. It was inhumane situation. I refuse to stay there and I just want my money back for not occupying the room for longer than 5 minutes and management refuses to resolve this issue with me, This happened on the 25th of September. Today it's almost been a week later and I still have not heard from the management. I've been contacting them on a daily I've called Better Business Bureau filed a complaint. I've called the Attorney General's office filed a complaint and still no return phone call from management at Days Inn.
