I purchased a car a month ago the car worked for one week I had to call them and let them know the car was not working anymore and they've had my car ever cents they claim that they're waiting for a Apart from overseas at this point I would like another car my money back. I brought a used car from Midtown Kia, I am so sorry I done business with this company, The owner is just as childish as the employees, they lie and play games with you, none of them are serious, I were told I would receive up two five free oil changes buy Bobby the man that works in the repair shop, I went for months before I were able to get my oil changed, I took it to another shop and I were told the oil was very filthy and they lied and said the oil had been changed when I brought the car. I have spent almost $3,000 dollar's on this 2015 Mercedes Benz, and I have about that much or more to go, the bolt are stripped out and they said they will have to drop the gas tank to get to the bolts, I am a elderly woman, I were looking for a good car that were dependable, I stopped at Mid town Kia, and I told them over And over I were just looking for a good car. They would not let me leave, they made me all kind of promises, and the lady Candy that was helping me kept bringing salesmen in the office with all of these promises. So I ended up leaving with the car. Then they signed me up for some protection for my car that only covered some of the parts on the car, I have maxed out one of my credit cards and working on another one of my credit cards. I talked to Gus R. And he said he would contact the company and have them to refund my money and had me to sign a paper that would have given the money to the company. They play games, and I am tired of there games. Resolution Sought I would like for them to live up to there expectations, I need the money back that I have spent on this car, and for them to pay for the five oil changes, like they said they would do.
