My car was towed by this company. Upon receiving my vehicle back the person in charge kept talking about my catalytic converter, as in " I don't know if it's still there or not" I kept telling him that my tire was on flat and that there was no way a person could get under my vehicle unless the were carrying around a 2 and a half ton Jack which I highly doubt. He kept saying well I don't know if it's there or not, people like to take those. I proceeded to start my truck and what do you know, my catalytic converter had been removed. Resolution Sought I would like them to replace my catalytic converter
