Establishment representatives lack efficient communication

This writer was in a verbal dispute with one of the employee after the use of the racist term n***** was used towards another customer whom also are African American. Writer feels sexism is a major issue with this establishment. Establishment representatives lack efficient communication, demonstrates racism/sexism/bigotry practices to it's customers.. In addition, writer observed unsafe food handling practices of their hot food selection. Such as the lack of use of gloves, seen a employee take the trash outside, came back inside and continued to serve food to another customer. I would like an official written apology to me and to be presented to all theocal patrons of the store..After being told " We don't need your business anyway, get the f*** out". I think I deserve more for being treated like I'm worthless.
