I contacted Midwest math for a shower fan and a possible walk-in shower. Have an interview with the salesman walk me through. I'm in a wheelchair everything they can do in the Shurmei that they can build bathroom that I could use. I explain to them that I had a warrior lift to lift me and put me in to my shower chair. Oh no problem we can take care of that. the installer showed up had the wrong shower fan went to Menards and bought a shower pan. I told him that would not work. I contacted Midwest bath. It took four months for them to rectify the situation. I told them that my bathroom was too small and the salesman was an honest. Oh, they assured me they could fix it . The guy came re-install the shower pan cut the floor lowered the shower pan even with the floor still can't get my Hoyer lift in the shower so I cannot breathe so now I'm stuck with a $10,000 shower there's no purpose to me, and the salesman knew all along that my bathroom was too little because I live in a 1970s style house and I should've shot a different solution, and if he would've been honest, I would've never ordered the shower. Resolution Sought Return my money oh because there is no other solution the bathroom would've never worked. I feel like because I'm disabled he wasn't honest with me and I would've never bought the products if I would've known it wasn't gonna work why waste $10,000.
