My husband bought a pair of shoes online from this company. He ordered his size, but it ran narrow instead of wide like he was told they would be. When he attempted to return the shoes, after NEVER WEARING THEM because he couldn't actually PUT THEM ON HIS FEET, we tried to send them back because there's no way he could wear the shoes. However, the shoes were returned later on and we were told it was because of exterior wear on the shoe. The shoes left the box, were attempted to put on his feet, then put BACK in the box and were sent back. The condition is the same as when they came to us. Yet, they refuse to give us the return because of this 'wear' on the shoe. The condition is the same as when it was sent! All they wanted to do was give an exchange, IF it was the wrong size. But that's not what we want. My husband just wants his money back. Resolution Sought Return our money to us. And for them to take the worthless shoes back.
