To better communicate with customers and accept criticism.
Was given personal reasons for not being administered service such as one person is getting married congrats btw so they couldn't schedule an install plus they told me they would notify me of a date never did I had to call then the supervisor Rochell comes at me when expressing my anger and no I was not angry at her till then, but I then have to remind her that she's a professional and should act like it towards her customers very rude very uncalled for.
