I have worked with Miguel Bustos on the Womens Center at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital for over a year and a half now. I am impressed with his management and knowledge on this fast paced and complicated project. Even before many problems arise, Miguel has done his homework and coordinated the work in advance before by asking informed questions. When problems have been found, they have usually been found early enough that any necessary changes or coordination can occur. RFI's are only issued when necessary and are clear and contain recommendations. Miguel never comes forward with a problem without having ideas for a solution. Whenever we require additional information, Miguel has provided quick responses. We have had some difficulty with coordination in project management like the delay in getting the electrical verification studies done on time which is why I recommend that you use Miguel Bustos for projects especially where he has a unique knowledge of the building as he has been there throughout the construction.

Miguel's attention to detail, coordination with other trades, anticipation of potential issues and planning contributed significantly to the completion of the job. Despite significant design obstacles he always was looking for a solution to a problem before it became a much larger issue. You are indeed fortunate to have someone of the caliber of Miguel. I would have no hesitation in working with Miguel on a project at any time.
