Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

In 2020 I hired Justin Matheny to be my attorney. I had never mat Justin Matheny before not even when the settle. I was in the accident with another party who was insured with Geico I was in the am ambulance. When the vehicle hit the ambulance. The settlement was for 14.000 I received 6900 when I went to pick up my check one of Justin clients tried getting me out side of the business with the payment. I told the client I don5do business out when I looked at the Check I stated that the check wad the wrong amount. so at that time the client called Justin on the phone. then I proceeded to talk and stated to Justin that the amount was wrong at that time Justin stated to me that he was going to fix it never herd back from Justin. SO WHEN I CALLED BACK THE OPERATOR TOLD ME THAT HE NO LONGER WORK THERE ANYMORE. SO AT THAT TIME I STARTED adding things together I was charged 40 percent of my money I never new 40 percent can be taken out of a settlement. I never went into the office to sign papers I have witness . I can go on but I'm going to bring this to a closure. Resolution Sought I will like you all to make sure I receive my differences, thanks.
