In 2020 I hired Justin Matheny to be my attorney. I had never mat Justin Matheny before not even when the settle. I was in the accident with another party who was insured with Geico I was in the am ambulance. When the vehicle hit the ambulance. The settlement was for 14.000 I received 6900 when I went to pick up my check one of Justin clients tried getting me out side of the business with the payment. I told the client I don5do business out when I looked at the Check I stated that the check wad the wrong amount. so at that time the client called Justin on the phone. then I proceeded to talk and stated to Justin that the amount was wrong at that time Justin stated to me that he was going to fix it never herd back from Justin. SO WHEN I CALLED BACK THE OPERATOR TOLD ME THAT HE NO LONGER WORK THERE ANYMORE. SO AT THAT TIME I STARTED adding things together I was charged 40 percent of my money I never new 40 percent can be taken out of a settlement. I never went into the office to sign papers I have witness . I can go on but I'm going to bring this to a closure. Resolution Sought I will like you all to make sure I receive my differences, thanks.

I'm having a issue with Mike Slocum law fir. My attorney Justin Matheny trying to receive my payments of $14,100 not getting a response. It was amount of $7,000 which the amount is actually 14,100 the settlement was sent out December 3rd the attorney trying to charge me $7,000 the actual amount was $14,100 Justin Matheny said 7000 at the time Medicare wasn't paid thank you. Resolution Sought I want to receive full payment.

Company states they cannot find the consumer in their system with the little information provided in complaint. They need either a case number, birth date, phone number, social security number, address to help locate in system. Customer can provide one or a combo of the information being requested.

I made a compliant against Mike Slocumb Law Firm. I was asked to provide. My SSN XXXXX. I don't have the case number on hand. But George is handling the case. Also Medicare.
