I took my RV in about a year ago for repairs on 3 slides, all the seals were replaced. They stated it came with a 6 month warranty.Total cost of repairs was a little over 1500.00 The last time we took the RV out, I noticed one of the slides seals was coming out. On 11/3/25, you took it back to the shop for repairs, they stated that I would have to pay an additional 1689.59 for a including the labor for 7 1/2hrs. The service advisor stated I denied having the work done properly the first time, that a metal plate is missing and that I had denied the part. I would not have denied a part, no matter cost, as I want the RV repaired correctly. Why would they allow the repair without the proper parts- they did not advise me of the additional parts. I would have paid it then had I known. Resolution Sought To have the repair done without the additional cost

Company states: We contacted Mr. Williams and were able to give him a better and more complete explanation regarding te issues with the slideout. It was mutually agreed tat we would repair the seal under warranty and Mr. Williams would pay for the repair to fix the slideout issue. Mr. Williams has accepted this as a resolution to his complaint.

My partner and I bought a travel trailer at this dealer, they offered a protections called ultimar. I didn't want to bit Josh, the finance representative insisted. I asked him if I could cancel it if after checking it out with more patience (was so stressed already) and he said as long as the product wasn't put on I could cancel. Never had it on. I came after a month because I decided I didn't want it and they said Josh wasn't at the dealer and he was the one to talk to. Came other 3 times and the same thing. Now, after almost 6 months came back and now he is not working here anymore. And they don't want to cancel it Resolution Sought I just want them to honor Josh word (my partner and brother in law were there, they are witnesses) and cancel it and put the money in the principal)

MTRV offers cancellation and a refund for this product if it has not been applied. Since the product has not been applied in this case, a refund is due. The refund process has been initiated, and the customer will be contacted shortly. We apologize for any misinformation previously provided. The refund will be sent to lien holder if loan is not paid off.

Thank you so so much for your help!! This has been a nightmare!! Have been trying to cancel for more than 5 months!!! Paying high interests and they always put an excuse until finally told me they were not going to cancel. I really appreciate your help ????????????????????
