I left. My 2011 Honda civic @ his place with 2 front rotors brand new, four auto lite spark plugs & brand new front brake pads. I can get my receipt from auto zone. I went to Midas to have a oil change on 12/30/2021.At?Midas they rotate your tires also i asked them to let me see the rotors & pads they said the brake's are fine but rotors are not new. I found mike to be disingenuous with his work that he did for me 4 month's ago. I called him on the same day as my oil was changed & tires rotated he went totally defensive about me questioning him about not replacing my rotors my rotors would not be as rusty and cut into in that 4 month span. I also did a google review that's on file because he couldn't/wouldn't show me the old one's and rudely dismissed my concerns he is very very argumentative. I also can have the stock number on the rotors on the car versus the number on the new rotors that he was to put on. Resolution Sought Please have him give me my new rotors back and I'll have them replaced at another car repair shop.

The customer provided his own parts. The rotors he brought to us were lower quality rotors purchased from Auto Zone and are now possibly rusted. We do not have any parts that belong to this customer.

Customer Rebuttal

Tommy from his shop called me u guess to ask me how much i paid & what i had done.I told him mike said he would do my 2011 honda civics brake pads, rotors & spark plugs for one hundred twenty dollars i agreed and left my car and all stated parts brand new with mike. Tommy called me a few days ago nicely & all u could hear is mike yelling & cussing in the background, tommy asked me on the call do i want to talk with mike i said no so i guess mike was livid about me saying no he called me back again swearing at me so i hung up.They called me not to resolve anything. I went to autozone and they said when their store mgr comes in amd if i needed the print out it's no problem. When it had my oil changed they rotate the tire's so that's how i found out & i went back to mike's 3-4 days after he did everything to say that my daughter was hearing noise's in the front . Mike took it around his driveway and said that's normal so i believed him. I worked in the tire's & brake's industry for 15yrs & i never talked to. A customer like he talked to me. (Liner tire) sale's manager.

Company called stating customer provided the parts to replace their shop only did the labor. The rotors consumer brought in were a low quality brand and of course deteriorate faster. The shop completed the repairs and they have no parts for this customer.
