I left the store and then called enforcement because the employees wouldn't give me the owner's info

I went to this store to buy 3 items. When a tall African-American man with short dreads in his hair came to check-out my items he told me that I didn't have to repeat myself. Seeing that as rude, I told him that I could. And even though I was his customer he began checking out someone else's items. He and I were still going back and forth about me repeating myself. Then a white man with short, shoulder-length hair came behind the counter to check my items. I told him I needed the store owner's name/information so that I could file a complaint against the 1st employee. He claimed the he was the owner's son and didn't give me the info. Because of that I said i'd find it through enforcement. Then he replied "what are you gonna say? That someone was rude to you." Then he said that the store owner would agree with him. Then when I asked for 2 items to be removed from what I purchased he said "That's why nobody wants to wait on you because you keep taking off items." I left the store and then called enforcement because the employees wouldn't give me the owner's info, and enforcement said that this was a "business matter". To be notified that the employees I'm reporting about know that I filed this complaint and for better service and if it is warranted, the termination of the employees I'm complaining about.
