Mikeys Pool Service complaints

I hired Mikey's pool service last year. I paid him from Zelle and he did the service. Then in February, of 2025, the pool started getting green and staying that way. Mikey said " you need a new pump motor" I can get you one and install it all for 1100.00 I was desperate and thinking he was on the level for said ok. He installed it but it didn't prime. The pool stayed green. He said you need a new filter, we got one, the pool stayed green. Turns out, the pool motor pump he installed was used when he said it was brand new. I asked for a receipt, I didn't get one. Meanwhile, we still cannot swim. I had another company look at it and said the motor he installed was used and not even the horsepower my pool requires. I called Mikey. He said I will send you the receipt and what he sent me was something that he could've drawn up on his computer. There was no cost or company from which it was bought. I asked him as of today, May 12 2025, take back your motor and I would like my money back. He said " no, I will send you the receipt and I will install a check valve for free. I said ok, but I want my $ back. He said if the check valve doesn't work, I will refund u some of the money. He then sent me the bogus receipt ( I will provide a picture of the screen shot) and he said he wouldn't take back the motor because the wholesaler wouldn't take it back. When I hit the fake receipt I simply sent back via text, " Mikey I need the whole receipt please" . He will not respond. Resolution Sought Simply take back the crappy used motor and give me my 1100. 00 back.
