I star school In Milan institute Vacaville Ca to star the school I paid $1000 . Paid with my check accoutn wells fargo $500 and credit car $500. I never had tour first day teacher spend 1 hour talking with somebody They never set up my microsoft password in a week second week the put my name as employee first online class friday never get in to the class cuz the password always have to be next to my patner taylor to see the class in classrom flowing week hallowen event totally desorganizenobody told us what with have to do. Instructor in the second week only teach us houw to make bends in the spa second week on thursday she leaves alone Taylor and me and nobody help us the day alone in class nobody care about the money the we need to paid for tuition. Many partners came and complain about the school I quit return everything talk to Tonika director I return the beauty kit uniforms all beaty supplies she told me the everything was ok I ask for my money she says the is for the supplies wich I teturnt it she sing papers I explain how bad what the school she apologized with me and ask me to return but I dindt want cuz bad experience now the send a collection for a $1000 for no reason . Resolution Sought Remove my collection in process and return my money

The institution conducted a review of the student's enrollment, withdrawal, and account records in accordance with established policies and procedures. The review determined that the balance referenced in the complaint, was related to institutional policies, governing materials, issued to students and items not return at the time of withdrawal. The institution follows its standard processes in documenting issued materials and applicable adjustments at the time of separation. The institution also made multiple efforts to communicate with the student regarding the matter and to work toward resolution in accordance with its established procedures. Since the filing of the complaint, the matter has been resolved, and the students account has been satisfied. Due to federal student privacy regulations (FERPA), The institution limits the disclosure of student-specific information. However, we can confirm that the concern was reviewed and addressed and accordance with institutional policies, and that the matter is now resolved.
