I went to Milan for a free consultation. After being asked for my SS# and other personal information, I needed up signing up for a package. I was told this would not affect my credit score. However, I did receive an email a few days later that showed the opposite effect and lost some points. I have requested two times through email about documents to cancel my package since I never received any information about their cancellation policy. By law, I should have received this. Resolution Sought I would like my package canceled and if I owe any money for my consultation, I will be happy to pay for that one visit. I would like correspondence via email or text to show documentation.
